Payne Nickles and Company is pleased to announce our preferred method of delivery for your copies of your 2018 individual income tax returns. Payne Nickles will transmit client copies of your individual income tax returns to you through our secure client portal.

You will be receiving an email from cpas@pncpa.biz in the next week which will invite you to setup a secured portal for delivery of your personal income tax returns. In the email, you will find a customized hyperlink to setup your username and password. We suggest that you take the time to set up your PN Secure Portal when you receive this email.

We will continue to provide instructions, signature forms, vouchers, envelopes and other relevant information on paper to make filing your returns as convenient as possible. We will return the original documents you provided to us for preparation of your tax returns to you.

Our client portal is a safe, secure and convenient method for you to receive your tax returns, and provides you the ability to download your returns for storage in your personal records. Payne Nickles will continue to retain copies of your returns in our files for a period of 5 years. Our files should not be viewed as a substitute for your personal records.

Payne Nickles continues to make investments in technology to provide ease of access and interaction with our clients. We continue to reduce our reliance on paper and paper products used in our services. We believe this initiative is the most secure method of delivery and will reduce our paper usage dramatically. We appreciate your support toward these efforts.

Access to your electronic documents, via our PN Secure Portal, will be available both through our website, www.pncpa.biz, as well as through an App that is available to both iPhone and android smartphone and tablet users.

If you have any questions regarding Electronic Delivery, please call our offices.
