Senior Audit Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage review, compilation, and audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Monitors and improves realization in client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance and business insight.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, professional standards, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client engagements and internal practices.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit.
  • Strong technical skills, deep understanding of reporting standards, and knowledge of Employee Benefit Plan, Not-for-Profit Organizations and Non-Public Entities.
  • Excellent communication with a track record of building successful client relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
