What You’ll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team and gain exposure to diverse clients and industries. You’ll receive hands-on experience and direct client interaction, all while continuing to build your technical knowledge and professional confidence. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparing individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns
- Compiling and analyzing financial statements
- Assisting with payroll and bookkeeping issues
- Supporting IRS notice and audit responses
- Participating in business consulting and advisory engagements
- Assisting with estate and trust planning
- Supporting business valuation processes
- Researching and drafting memos on complex tax matters

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master of Tax preferred)
- CPA license or on track to obtain it
- 1–3 years of public accounting experience
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple engagements and meet deadlines
- Comfort working independently with oversight
- Experience with QuickBooks, UltraTax CS and Thomson Reuters products a plus
- A team mindset, growth mentality, and client-first attitude
